Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Crack on the bottom of the external panel (see photos) which could be filled and touched up- We do not know if this has caused damage/ rot to the inside of the door.
• Light cosmetic marks on the external side (see photos) which could also be touched up.
• Screw holes on the internal side of the frame and door (see photos) which could be filled.

Security

• 3 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars stuck externally on the glazing.
• Has leaded diamond design externally & internally inside the glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Blue (Navy) and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
