Composite Front Door in Brown Rosewood bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Duraflex’.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Locking points are missing for this item (see photos). However, these can be purchased online and installed by your fitter.
Security
- 5 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Top light
- The top light / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 209.9cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no glazing for the top light but we can order it in at a cost of £40 total inc VAT.
- Glass would be of the highest quality 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a U Value of 1.2 or less. Glass will pass building regulations.
- If you want to order yourself, the units required are Width: 82.1cm Height: 11.6cm. (checked JBH)
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood) and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
