Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier (see photos).
Security
- High quality 3 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame externally and White internally.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
