Composite Front Door bespoke made to a very high standard.
Would cost around £1,200.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Middle of the Door is slightly rotted (see photo).
- Screw holes externally and internally small crack (see photos), however these could be touched up.
- Please note : Sill is made of Wood. Please refer to the photo; removing the sill would be an easy task for a competent fitter, and would leave the item with a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over.
Security
- 3 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, distorted metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian Bars internally, externally out side the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Blue and internally is Woodgrain White, with a white colour frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
