Composite Red Front Door

High quality Composite Front Door.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides, looks as new really and has had little use.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Few screw holes on the edges of the frame externally from previous installation, however these could easily be hidden with a trim.
- Light scratch on the handle, but it is hardly noticeable.
Security
- High quality 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel for the Chubb lock and comes with 3 keys.
- Main lock comes with 3 more keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally is wood grain Red and internally is wood grain White, with a White frame either side.
- Has matching Gold Chrome coloured furniture.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
