Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- There are a few screw hole around the frame, however these will be covered by trim when installed.
- The locking strip is slightly to small and leaves a gap at the top and bottom, however this can be replaced if required but it still operates.
Security
- 5 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Irish Oak), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
