This door currently dose not have a handle this can be modified to have a bar handle.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There is a slight chip in the surface of the external side, however this is only cosmetic and could be touched up.
• Requires a bar handle (does not need to be modified, just installed).

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• There is one sidelight of width 62.3cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 92cm.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £145 total inc VAT.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Irish Oak), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the hinges is Chrome.
