Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Missing hinge cap, this can be purchased online and can be fitted easily (see photos).
• You will need to get your fitter to cut the low threshold to size before installation.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over. Please note, this low threshold will need to be cut to size by your fitter on instillation.
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24/28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
