• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Small screw holes in frame (see photos), these could be filled or covered with trim.
• Missing 1 hinge cover (see photos), you can purchase this online and installed by your fitter.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, frosted, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has 3D leaded, stained design externally on the glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally is Grey and internally is White.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
