‘Double Rebated’ giving an even greater thermal insulation and security by virtue of their 68mm thick door leaf construction, compared to the 44mm of a standard single seal composite door.
This adds twice the defence against wind & rain, gives better U-value, improved insulation and improved draught resistance.
They also have the added advantage of an internal steel reinforcement which makes the door even more stable and superior to a standard composite door.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
The door slab thickness is 7cm, compared to the factory standard 4.4cm.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Screw holes internally (see photos), which could be filled.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 48mm triple glazed, clear, grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded, coloured design internally inside the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is White.
