Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is a small chip in the finish (see photos), this can easily be touched up.
• There is 1 hinge cap missing (see photos), however this is only cosmetic and can be replaced at a low expense, Alternatively, you could swap this cap with the one on the bottom of the same hinge.

Security

• High quality 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the external handle is Chrome with a Gold Chrome handle internally, and the colour of the hinges is Gold Chrome.
