Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Colour lightly faded externally, also has light marks on handles and letterbox from general use.
• Small paint chips and light marks (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
• 2 small holes in the outer door frame from previous door bell installation – these could be filled, or covered with a new door bell (see photos).
• Missing rain sill end cap, however this can be replaced at a low expense and is easy to fit.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Eurospec’ keys.
• Has a chain lock installed for added security.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is  double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Decorative leaded and stained glass, with an ornate leaf design.

Colour

• The colour externally is Green and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
