Carefully removed by professional fitters.

This door is double rebated which has two seals, one making contact with the outside of the door and one on the inside.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The bottom panel has some rot, which has cased the finish to peel and crack slightly (see photos). We are unsure exactly how deep the rot goes as it would require the removal of the finish. This would need to be repaired/treated by a competent carpenter.

Security

• 9 point ‘Mila’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Mila’ key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded pattern design externally on the glazing.
• This also comes with stained glass made up of coloured painted glass pieces held together by leaded strips.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Green and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
