The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Few Screw holes internally and externally a previously installed house number and alarm sensor (see photo), which could be easily filled and touched up.
- Small hole on the edges of the frame (see photo), this will be hidden after installation.
- Cement bottom of the frame, from previous installation (see photo).Can be covered by trim.
- The door finish is slightly weathered on the external side. This door could benefit from being re-painted.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 27.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick triple glazed, distorted, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has leaded diamond design internally inside the glazing.
- Toplight Glazing is original double glazed, distorted.
- There is no condensation occurring inside Toplight pane.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Green and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching white colour frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is White.

📞 Additionally, we provide support for any installation questions or issues for up to a year, provided the item is installed by a FENSA-approved fitter and you can supply the fitter’s invoice and contact details.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
