Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Tarnished  letter box and handle, it does not effect the integrity or operation of the product, can be replaced.
• Screw holes externally (see photo), from a previously installed house numbers. Which could be easily filled. 
• Few light cracks externally (see photo), however a competent fitter would be able to resolve this with filler.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘ERA’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Green and internally is Woodgrain White, with a white frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
