Composite Green Front Door
Composite Front Door in Woodgrain Green, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Paint flecks on the external side of the door which could be removed with a solvent cleaner or repainted.
- Light paint marks on the hinges which can also be removed.
- 4 small screw holes on the external part of the frame left from previous door bell this can be covered by a new replacement door bell.
- Residual mastic around the frame which can be removed or covered with trim when installed.
- This door comes with a low threshold which would need to be cut-to-size before being fitted.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Green and internally is Woodgrain White, with a white frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
