Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Light chip on the door (see photos), however this can easily be touched up.
- Low threshold missing from this product, but new low threshold available online and a competent fitter able to fix this.
Security
- 6 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Mila’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 195.8cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- 6.8 Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Grey and internally is Woodgrain White, with a white colour frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
