Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Security

• High quality 5 point ‘Ingenious’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• This door has a low threshold, which will arrive along with the door ready to be installed by your fitter.
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 196.3cm.
• The glazing for the toplight is 28mm in thickness.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is Grey and internally is White, with a White frame externally and a White frame internally.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
