Composite Front Door bespoke made to a very high standard.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Missing handle and letter box, however these are available online and it easy to install.
- Very light cosmetic scratch on the external side (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
Security
- 4 point ‘Ingenious’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Decorative leaded pattern externally and internally inside the glazing, with a colourful design externally.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Grey and internally is Woodgrain White, with a white colour frame either side.
- The colour of the hinges is Chrome.
