Condition

• Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
• Excellent/ As-new condition both sides.

Security

• 3 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 206.6cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is triple glazed, distorted, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.
• Top light glazing missing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £55 total inc VAT.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less. Glass will pass building regulations.
• If you want to order yourself, the units required are: Width: 84.5cm, Height: 18.4cm (x1 pane)(checked JBH).
• We can order any type of glazing at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Leaded, Frosted etc.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Anthracite Grey RAL7016 and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
