Composite Front Door bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Selecta Systems’.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Missing letterbox and handles (see photos), however these are all available to purchase online and are easy to fit.
Security
- 3 point ‘Elite’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, frosted, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has leaded diamond design externally & internally inside the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the hinges is White.
