• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Low threshold missing from this product, but new low threshold available online and a competent fitter able fix this.

Security

• 5 point ‘Ingenious’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 195.6cm.

Glazing

• Door glazing is missing, but we can order it in at a cost of £100 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

• We can order any type of glazing at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Leaded, Frosted etc. 

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Grey and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
