Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• The rain sill and the beading for the top-light are missing, however, these can be purchased online and installed by your fitter.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over.
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Top light

• The top light / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 210cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick triple glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
• Has 3D leaded pattern design internally inside the glazing.
• There is no glazing for the top light but we can order it in at a cost of £60 total inc VAT.
• Glass would be of the highest quality 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a U Value of 1.2 or less. Glass will pass building regulations.
• If you want to order yourself, the units required are Width: 22cm Height: 77.9cm (checked JBH)

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Grey and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is White.
