Composite Front Door in woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), bespoke made to a high quality by a professional joinery company.
Would cost around £2,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
This door is heavy-duty, sturdy, and very well made.
Condition
- Part-installed and removed the same day. Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specifications and is now surplus to requirements.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Small mark on the lower external beading (see last photo) which could be easily touched up.
- One small mark on the internal side (see photos) which could also be easily touched up.
- The external side of the frame has been painted navy blue.
Security
- High quality 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glass is double glazed, frosted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Frosted with a modern decorative pattern.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), with a painted Blue frame externally and a White frame internally.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
