Composite Front Door in Red, bespoke made to a high standard.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Marks around edges of frame from previous installation, these will be hidden with trim when the door is installed again.
- Light scuffs on the external side which can be easily touched up.
- Scuff on external handle which can also be touched up. Replacement handles can be purchased online for a low expense.
- Light marks on the hinges – these can also be touched up.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 22 mm thick triple glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has leaded pattern design internally (inside the glazing). This cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely – please contact us for a quote.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Red and internally is Woodgrain White, with a woodgrain Brown (Mahogany) frame externally and white internally.
- The colour of the external handle is Silver and the internal handle is Gold.
- The colour of the hinges is White.
