We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Composite Front Door in Woodgrain Brown (Irish/ English oak), bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.

Condition
- Has been previously installed in a showroom so it is in excellent/ as new condition, with no physical use.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely bevelled 3D diamond design externally on the glass.
Colour
- The colour externally is Woodgrain Brown Irish/ English oak and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Gold coloured furniture.

🌍 Purchasing pre-loved and surplus items reduces the demand for new products, thereby decreasing carbon emissions and the use of raw materials. Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
