This door is ‘Double Rebated’ giving an even greater thermal insulation and security by virtue of their 68mm thick door leaf construction, compared to the 44mm of a standard single seal composite door. This adds twice the defence against wind & rain, gives better U-value, improved insulation and improved draught resistance. They also have the added advantage of an internal steel reinforcement which makes the door even more stable and superior to a standard composite door.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There are a few cracks on the internal and external side, however you can use a composite repair kit or filling the area with epoxy putty (Both of these can be purchased online). (Please see last photos).

Missing Parts

Four of the hinge cap covers are missing, however these can be purchased online.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is triple glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Brushed Stainless Steel and the colour of the hinges is White.
