Composite Blue Front Door
Composite Front Door in Woodgrain Blue, bespoke made to a high quality
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
We are not sure on the exact age of this product, but it’s modern, in excellent condition, and has seen little use.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There are cracks on the panel of the door externally (see photos) which could be easily filled and touched up.
- Screw holes on the external frame from the previously installed doorbell – these can be filled or covered with a new replacement doorbell.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is triple glazed, distorted, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Blue and internally is Woodgrain White, with a White frame either side.
- Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
