Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There is no glazing for this item, however, we can order it for you at an additional cost – see glazing section below for more information.
• The cassettes for the long panels are missing from the photographs, but they have been ordered and will be included with the doors.

Security

• High quality 3 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
• Could be upgraded to ‘Kubu Smart Lock’ by installing ‘Kubu Smart Kit’.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £150 total inc VAT (in clear glazing), this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 24mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.
• If you want to order yourself, the units required are:
• Width: 20cm, Height: 15cm x2 pane(s), this is for the 2 smaller panels.  Width: 20cm, Height 60.5cm x 2 panes for the larger panels (checked LH)

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Very Berry and internally is Woodgrain White, with a White frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
