Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Missing letter box, but a new letter box can be purchased online and is easy to install.
• Small chips in places and a dent on the frame (see photos), these could be easily filled or touched up.
• Hair line crack at the top internal part of the frame (see photo), however it would not effect the operation or integrity of the door.
• Please note : Frame and sill are made of Wood. Please refer to the photo; removing the sill would be an easy task for a competent fitter, and would leave the item with a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over.

Security

• 3 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘ERA’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, distorted, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
