Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Screw holes on the internal side of the door, but these can easily be filled (see photos).
- The paint is slightly chipped on the handle (see photos) however this is purely cosmetic and will not effect the operation in any way.
- There is slight ink residue on the top of the frame (see photos), however this could be covered by trim when installed.
- Small dents on the external side of the frame (see photos), however these are purely cosmetic and does not effect the integrity of the door.
- The frame is cracked on the external side (see photos), this would need to be rectified by the fitter before installation.
Missing Parts
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
- Missing top and bottom hinge caps (see photos), however these can be purchased online and are easy to fit.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over.
- The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.

Item needs to be installed within 2 months and photos need to be given of the item fitted. We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
