Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Light dent externally on the low threshold (see last photo), but it is hardly noticeable- can easily be fixed.
• Internally, the frame has two cracks that have been expertly fixed but are still noticeable. These, however, are only aesthetic and may be covered up with a fat trim during installation.
• Comes complete with door handles, letter box, door chain, sill, and sill end caps.

Security

• High quality 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘ISEO’ keys.
• A door chain is provided for added security.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, frosted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is wood-grain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
• Comes with a White coloured sill.
