Composite Black Front Door
Composite Front Door in Woodgrain Black, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in good condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Slight crack in the top left corner of the external frame which does not effect the integrity of the door, and would be held together squarely once the door is installed.
- There’s a dent on the external side of the door which could be filled and touched up.
- Screw holes on the internal side from a previously fitted alarm sensor – these could be filled or covered with a new replacement alarm.
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is Woodgrain Black and internally is Woodgrain White, with a white frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and two of the hinges are White and one is Brown. You could paint the hinge white or purchase another white hinge for a low expense.
