Composite Blue Front Door
Composite Front Door, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,300 if you were to order bespoke direct.
We are not sure on the exact age of this product, but it’s modern, in excellent condition, and has seen little use.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
One screw hole on the external side (see photos) which could be easily filled.
Some marks around the edges of the frame which would be covered by trim when the door is installed again.
• Some flecks of cement on the external side which could be easily removed and/or repainted.
Security
• 3 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Yale’ key.
Opening
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, stained, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has leaded pattern design externally & internally, inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace all the units of glazing – please contact us for a quote.
Colour
• The colour externally is woodgrain Blue and internally is White, with a White frame externally and a White frame internally.
The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
