Composite Green Front Door
High quality Composite Front Door.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Light mark on one hinge, but it is hardly noticeable and could easily be touched up.
- Hairline crack on the bottom corner of the door externally, however it is not easily noticeable and won’t effect the operation of the product at all.
Security
- 3 point ‘Fullex’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally is wood grain Green and internally is wood grain White, with a White frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
