Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
• Spy hole filled – can be unfilled if you wanted to purchase and put the spy hole back in.
• Paint is flaking in places, a good re-painting recommended – this door was previously red and has been painted a Chartwell green colour.
• Light marks on the handle and letter box covers externally – so these may want to be changed.

Defects

• Frame is broken in the bottom externally – this could be glued.
• Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Light Green and internally is White, with a White frame.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
