Composite Red Front Door
High quality Composite Front Door.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/Very clean condition both sides.
- Two small cracks on the door just under the glazing externally, however these are hardly noticeable and would not affect the operation of the product at all.
- 4 screw holes on the frame externally, however these could easily be filled if needed.
Security
- High quality 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys for the Chubb main lock, but keys are missing for ‘Yale’ lock which could be changed at a low expense.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, bevelled, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a 3D diamond design inside.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Bright Red and internally is White, with a White frame.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
