Composite Green (Sage) Front Door
High quality Composite Front Door.
Would cost around £3,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- One small chip on the frame please see in photos.
- Screw holes left from previous connector for the side light all down one side of the sidelight and the door frame with one on the door as well – these can be filled or covered with trim.
- Missing the coupler or add on for the sidelight but these can be purchased easily from a builders merchant.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Sidelight / Window
- The sidelight / window on its own is: 27.9cm in width and can be removed if required.
- Just the frame width is 89.4cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is thick triple glazed, frosted, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Green (Sage), with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
