We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Missing Parts/Defects
Screw holes on the external side from the previous door number – these could be easily filled or covered with a new replacement number.
There are some small scratches and a dent on the external side which could also be easily filled.
The external letter box has a small dent which is purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation of the letterbox in any way. Replacement letterboxes can be purchased online for a low expense.
Security
3 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
Has a new high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 1 ‘Ultion’ key.
Opening
The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
Glazing is double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
The colour of the handles is silver and the colour of the hinges is white.
