Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Screw holes on the internal side from a previous alarm system (see photos) which could be easily filled, or covered with your own alarm.
• Screw holes on the bottom external section of frame from the previous installation (see photos), which could be concealed with trim/ mastic by your fitter.

Security

• 3 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• There is one sidelight of width 64.5cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 90cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has leaded diamond design externally & inside the glazing. This cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely Red stained diamond design.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Red and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
