Brand New Composite Front Door in Woodgrain Brown (Rosewood), bespoke made to a high quality by ‘RockDoor’.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Slight marks on the internal side (see photos) which could be easily touched up or repainted.
- Missing escutcheon plates which can be purchased online for a low expense.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 6 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, clear. Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood) and internally is Woodgrain White, with a Rosewood frame externally and a White frame internally.
- The colour of the handles & hinges is Gold Chrome.
