Composite Front Fire Door in Green.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
These are ‘FD30’ Fire Doors, however we do not have any certificates for them and cannot guarantee they would pass the current building regulations.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Screw holes on the internal door from previous door closer – these could easily be filled.
- The external door has screw holes from previous door numbers which could also be filled, see in photos.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Euro spec’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Green and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
