These are ‘FD30’ Fire Doors, however we do not have any certificates for them and cannot guarantee they would pass the current building regulations.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Screw holes on the internal door from previous door closer – these could easily be filled.
• The external door has screw holes from previous door numbers which could also be filled, see in photos.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Euro spec’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Green and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
