Composite Stable Back Door in woodgrain Brown (Irish Oak), bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- The external beading is weathered slightly, as you may expect to see on a pre-owned door. This is purely cosmetic and does not effect the integrity of the door.
- Bottom panel is bowed slightly (see photos) and makes the door slightly stiff when opening/closing. A competent fitter may be able to repair this.
- Screw holes on the internal side from previously fitted shoot-bolt. These could be filled, or covered with your own new shoot-bolt.
Security
- 4 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘Milenco’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars stuck externally on the glazing. These can be removed if required, leaving plain glass.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Irish Oak), with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
