Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Trickle vents are included.
• Light scratches and small dent on the external side of the door (see photos), however, these are purely cosmetic and and do not effect the integrity of the door.

Security

• 5 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Mila’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
