Aluminium French Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Cortizo’.
Would cost around £3,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Trickle vents are included.
- Light scratches and small dent on the external side of the door (see photos), however, these are purely cosmetic and and do not effect the integrity of the door.
Security
- 5 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Mila’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Grey, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
