Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Side light beading sections are missing, however new beading available online and a competent fitter able to fix this.
Security
- 3 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Barrel would need to be changed as there is no key, but new barrel available online and it easy to install
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 40cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 160cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 200cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey RAL7016, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Anthracite Grey.
