Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
All the age related wear you would expect from original Crittall windows.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Colour
The colour externally and internally is aged White, with a matching frame either side.
Has Solid brass hinges with Solid brass handles.
Operating / Style
Externally opening windows- see photos.
Security
multipoint locking system making it very secure.
There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.
Glazing
Glazing is original, single glazed and Clear.
Has leaded Georgian Bars externally & internally inside the glazing. If you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
