Steel Grey Back Door (Double Glazed)

Crittall-Style Steel Back Door, removed from a Central London office due to refurbishment.
We are not sure if these are genuine Crittall doors, but they are extremely well-made and very heavy, as they are made of solid steel.
We feel the quality of these doors are actually better than that of the original Crittall company themselves.
Would cost thousands if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Paint chips in a few places, however, nothing a touch up or repainting wouldn’t cover.
- The rubber gasket is worn on one edge (see photos) – replacement gasket can be purchased online for a small expense and fitted easily.
Missing Parts
- Locking Plate and all three hinges are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense (See the last photo showing the required hinge type).
Security
- Multi-point ‘Legge’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Yale’ key.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security.
- It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Grey, with a matching frame either side, however, you can easily re-paint in your choice of colour.
- The colour of the handles is Brushed Stainless Steel.
