Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Small chip in the glazing (see photos), Glazing will be removed for sand blasting or you can just replace the 1 pane.

Security

• Multipoint ‘Union’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘Union’ keys. More keys can be ordered for £10 per lock.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

Glazing is single glazed and clear.

We can order any type of glazing at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Leaded, Frosted etc.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The handles are Solid Brass and the colour of the hinges is White.
